This is part of a TED talk from this past February by Derek Sivers on leadership and movement making. You have probably seen the clip without the commentary voice over. It’s short, very applicable to church planting and hilarious. While I don’t agree with everything he says, there is wisdom here. As a church, we’re in the season of going from three guys dancing to a small mob. This is a good reminder that life isn’t about us, but making Jesus known in this city and the cities of the world…while not taking ourselves too seriously.
